SISA("we," "us," or "our") operates a mobile-first community marketplace application ("SISA App" or "App") that facilitates true bartering and local exchange for users in Ghana. By accessing or using the SISA App, you ("you," "user," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the SISA App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

SISA provides a mobile marketplace platform that facilitates:

Item-for-Item Barter Trades: Direct exchange of items.
Partial Barter Trades: Exchange of items plus cash adjustments.
User-to-User Messaging: Real-time communication.
Exchange Proposals: Formal system for negotiating and completing trades.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use SISA, you must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid email address, and be located in Ghana. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in prohibited activities, including illegal acts, fraud, harassment, posting inappropriate content, or intellectual property violations. SISA reserves the right to moderate content and terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Listings and Exchanges

Users must provide accurate descriptions of items. Prohibited listings include illegal items, weapons, or items that violate intellectual property rights. Users assume all risk and responsibility for exchanged items.

6. Intellectual Property

SISA retains all rights to the App's software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant SISA a license to display it solely for operating the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App and services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SISA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
